Raspberry Blissballs

Hey there!

If you like sweet treats this is the right stuff for you! I personally like bliss balls – or energy balls – sooo much and my mum does as well! They are easy and quick to make, you can store them in the fridge for like two weeks and – last but for sure not least – they taste delicious ❤ ! (Recipe below)

Meanwhile, summer is coming to Germany. I really like sunshine (like everyone, I guess), but I like 20 degrees better than 30… and at the moment it is nearly too hot! Sports aren’t much fun if you sweat just from standing in the gym… You know what I mean.

There is so much going on here right now. I’m home from Amsterdam for not even a week and my sister has probably a broken foot, I got a new haircut (after two years), it became summer and on the weekend I’ll go on my next trip – I’ll visit an old friend of mine in the city where she’s studying. So keen since I haven’t seen her in quite a while and I’ve never been to that city either.

But enough talking now! I pormised you a recipe 😉 .
It was inspired by an Instagram friend of mine from beautiful Australia.

Raspberry Blissballs:

1 Cup cashews (or any other nuts)
1/2 Cup each of flaxseed (I used the golden ones) and pumpkin seeds
1 Cup of desiccated coconut

Mix those ingredients with a strong blender. Then add

1 Tbsp of nutbutter of choice
1 Cup frozen raspberries
about 20 smaller Dates (you’ll Need less if using Medjool Dates; just Keep throwing dates in until consistency is right)

Keep mixing until it’s all nice and sticky. Those bliss balls won’t get too firm, no worries! If it’s not sticky enough, just add more dates or even honey. Then form balls and place them in the freezer for about an hour; then store in fridge if you don’t eat them all!

Have a great time enjoying whatever season is where you live 😉 .

Love, Lena ❤ xx
